Active Physio work together with Fitness 24/7 to provide you with a more holistic service. Located within the Fitness 24/7 gym facility, Active Physio is easily accessible to current and new members.
Active Physio uses hands-on techniques to gently mobilise joints and soft tissue in order to enhance the body’s natural ability to restore and heal after an injury. There are a range of services currently offered to achieve this by trained and qualified staff:

Clinch Gym BJJ & MMA
Based at the Fitness 24/7 Gym in Mangere, South Auckland, Clinch teaches adult classes in Will-Machado Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). At Clinch we focus on progress and technical excellence. Incorporating intense fitness workouts with strength and conditioning programs, Clinch offer a different, more complete form of training than found at other gyms.
At Clinch you will learn:

Clinch is proud to be associated with Will-Machado, Australasia as taught by premier head coach John Will. John travels to New Zealand on a quarterly basis and teaches seminars to associates of the Will-Machado community.
The following classes are taught at Clinch Martial Arts:
BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU (BJJ)
Will / Machado syllabus techniques taught in structured classes with gi and no-gi grappling. Competition and self-defence training with beginners to advanced techniques.
MIXED MARTIAL ARTS (MMA)
The fastest growing sport in the world, MMA is a blend of Muay Thai, BJJ, wrestling and boxing, all fused into one class. At Clinch you will learn effective skills that can be applied immediately in the cage, or for real life self-defense.
CARDIO, STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Strength, conditioning and cardio circuit exercises performed in intervals for maximum fitness results. Our intensive workout sessions will develop your cardio, fitness and core strength with short burst rounds and even shorter recovery times.
